About Cindy

Have you ever felt lost, uncertain, or weighed down by grief and exhaustion, yearning for brighter days?

I understand. I’ve been there, and I know firsthand the emptiness that comes with feeling like your cup is empty. In 2021, after a tragic car accident took our 21-year-old son, I found myself spiraling from being a happy, driven business leader to someone who had lost her way. It was in losing myself that I began the journey of finding my true self. During this process, I wrote a book about grief, delving deep into what could help me rise from the depths of despair.

In my search for healing, I found myself a couple years later in Nevada, at a friend's natural healing centre. Eager to understand the source of her healing and what had inspired her to help others, I embarked on a transformational experience. There, I received a Universal Healing session that included Reiki, an attunement, meditation circles with sound healing, and learned from my Shamanic friend how to become a Universal Healer.

A year later, I treated over 50 participants and discovered a holistic healing system that aligned with my beliefs. This system now includes tuning fork healing, crystal healing, tarot and oracle card readings, grounding in nature, and energy healing with Reiki. Once I felt comfortable with practice under my belt, I opened my doors to the public. Cindy’s Kindred Spirits was registered as a business April 2, 2025 in Kemptville, Ontario.

I now offer healing sessions at my personal sanctuary, the Connection Conservatory. Here, I guide individuals on a journey of reconnection—connecting with themselves through breath work and meditation, grounding with a nature walk to clear the mind, and often uncovering new insights along the way. Back in the conservatory, we pull an oracle or tarot card to gain wisdom and continue with a soothing Reiki session to align the chakras and channel universal energy for self-healing.

When you leave, you will feel relaxed, heard, and deeply connected to yourself, nature, and spirit. Emotions will have been released in a safe space, and you'll have discovered peace and clarity along your path.

Although this type of work can be done long distance, there is more of a connection in person.
